Absolutely awesome place, very comfy and well furnished with a great shower, and a lovely woman called Anna who runs it who will cook you one of the nicest English Breakfasts you will ever eat. Highly recommended.There was even a fridge full of beer to tuck into, on the house.
We turned up with one hours notice and found immaculate accommodation, large vegan breakfast, a complimentary beer and a fun, friendly and interesting host. And it's one of the cheapest places in town. Really quiet and safe storage for a tandem. Prefect.

If staying in Newmarket area this is the place to stay. The owner Anna is so helpful and caring. She also does a wonderful breakfast. Best I have had in a hotel or B and B. Cooked fresh to order and such a choice of fresh fruit. Clean rooms, comfy bed and close to the town. Thank you Ann.
