Hotel lovely, beds comfy, rooms massive, staff nice but would be nice if they communicated with each other.Carpark opp Hotel was told could get to the car at any time, wrong! Was told to put a ticket on the car before 6am as I couldn't get into their parking level as was full. Could NOT ACCESS MY CAR TILL 9 AM, needed stuff from it as well. The keys opps cards to the door are not always accesable to get into your room and have to ask the receptionist to let me in. Hoping breki is going to be nice tho
Lovely breakfast here!!! Good value for money and very tasty. All staff are brilliant and I highly recommend it.
Spent 2 nights in the Premier Inn and even with our room overlooking the road, we had a quite comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast was as good as I've had in any hotel, cooked to demand, along with a continental selection if required. The parking was just across the street in the local shopping centre car park which was free if you could get a hotel space and inexpensive if you used another space.Also being on the edge of town it was very handy for shops and some good pubs , eateries.
Very comfortable accommodation with good restaurant facilities. Good quality food & would recommend the meal deal option when booking. Easy access to Cambridge & surrounding area and cheaper than Cambridge prices.
Excellent service. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived early so reception changed our rooms to ones that were ready to accommodate us. Air con in the rooms which was a godsend in the recent heat. Friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Newmarket.
