Lovely local pub, with very friendly owners and visitors
Nice little bar but nothing to write home about. Staff seem alright and a pretty standard range of beers. Could use more entertainment and better music . Attracts the usual array of customers keen to spend their waking hours supporting a local business before wandering home......

We went here for Sunday lunch. The food was very good: tasty and plentiful.the restaurant is separate from the bar. Unfortunately there was a large group, including small children, in for a meal at the same time...this generated a bit of noise, nothing worth complaining about ...it just wasn't as quiet as we would have liked it. Service was friendly and speedy. Food served hot and freshly cooked. I would recommend for Sunday lunch.
