Very professional couldn't complain. Also was very nice and clean.
I took my cat to the vet and saw Bill who diagnosed my cat as having a bad back. I found the vet very curt and when I questioned his diagnosis and said I wasn't sure what was wrong he said "I just told you, he has a bad back". My cat was prescribed Loxicom. However he continued to be in pain. Five weeks later my cat was dead. I am not convinced that Bill did a thorough enough check on my cat and he didn't listen to my concerns. I am fairly certain that there was another problem with my cat as well as a bad back and that, had the vet been better prepared to listen to my concerns, he might have made a more thorough diagnosis and my cat may have had a better chance of survival.Poppy - re your reply - I do wish to disuss further and have sent you an email.The vet did not discuss the possibility of any injury or illness that my cat might have, other than a bad back. I hold him partially responsible for the death of my cat due to his failure to give adequate advice.
Having used Ash Tree Veterinary Centre for the last 6 years, i regard this practice as the very best Veterinary practice i have ever used and possibly will use.Everyone is caring yet extremely professional.Would entrust any pet of mine and recommend them to anyone, as have done in the past.Well Done Ash Tree!
