Fantastic food - the mushroom soup with a kick of thai herbs was very interesting and definitely something I can't wait to eat again, the king scallops were cooked to perfection. My husband and I shared the cripsy duck which was brilliant, the sauce was rich and the fried onions were delicious. The staff were fantastic and so friendly. We absolutely will be going again.
A lovely place we visited after Newmarket races. Service was excellent, the lovely waitress even chased us down the road when we left when one of our party left his classes. Food was loved, the set meals are definitely recommend.
Walked in without a reservation shortly after the restaurant opened on a Wednesday evening and the upstairs dining room was already almost full. Some of the pictures on Google Maps are deceptive, there are 20 covers upstairs and a further 20 downstairs and the place is clearly popular so advised to reserve.The staff are very attentive and with customary Thai welcomes and humble service we were treated to lovely food, efficiently served in a pleasant environment. It was also competitively priced. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to visit again when in Newmarket.
Best Thai food Ive had! Wonderful friendly staff, amazing setting and decor and food that was absolutely amazing. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Thai food.
Another lovely meal at Khobkhun on Sunday night (All You Can Eat!). Very fresh starters, quality dishes and very friendly owner. She loves children so our vivacious 3-yr-old always get smiles from the nice lady - even when he is being grumpy! We have been at least 4 or 5 times now and we always get consistently delicious food, and great service. Highly recommended.
