We have used Whatley Lanes Rental Management service for 3 years now to manage our rented property - we are delighted with the service. We live 2 hours away and have never needed to visit - Chloe and her rental team run a tight ship - they are proactive in dealing with any issues and avoid it becoming a problem for us or the tenant, they always keep us updated.They have found us excellent tenants and the changeovers have been seamless, so no lost rent. If any refurbishment work is required on our property Chloe arranges quotes which are extremely competitive and she always send pics of the job once completed. Its important for us that our tenants remain happy and Chloe seems to communicate well and regularly keeps in touch with them.
