A bit mixed feelings in this review--although very helpful in getting the move in paperwork done and in the end I got my deposit back and things were fair, it was a nightmare living in one of their properties. Boiler out constantly, leaks, electrical issues, and they generally tried to blame me despite photo evidence and me trying to help out the home owner by bringing these things to their attention early so their home wouldn't fall apart. Maybe it was the owner unwilling to do anything and Jackson Stops couldn't do anything in that case, but only one agent was kind and understanding while the other was terse. I am now using another letting agency for my current rental.
Still haven't received my deposit and still awaiting an answer back from my email. Other than that not bad.
