These guys are my 'go to' taxi co. locally to Newmarket and airport runs. Always friendly, good value and never let me down!
Do not recommend at all , booked a taxi to collect husband and they"forgot" him, when questioned, the operator jokingly said "well he is 70 he's just forgot " as if it was a joke!Not impressed when you have done a days work and need to get home for an important meeting. "Tip" Maybe if your 70 and still driving a taxi maybe you should write your bookings down so you don't forget
Their record keeping and booking reservations is abysmal.After ensuring they had all of our details correct I made a booking for the following day. The individual who took the information repeated back the details, indicating he had taken down our location and the time we were to depart.The following day, I called at the appointed time of pick up to see if our ride was on the way. I was told there was no booking on record for my pick-up.
Taxi booked 2 weeks before our flight through email. Very happy with service. Lucy was very helpfull and gave me all information I needed. On the day, taxi came on time, driver very friendly. Good prices. Will use this company again.
