Amazing! Who would of thought you could get engine oil in carpet right!!
Appalling fitting, damage to paint work all over hallway, manager really unhelpful. Told it affectively our fault as painting done over a week and it should have been done over two weeks but in any event the fitters took no responsibility for any such damage. Manager been told beforehand that decorating when booking and not mentioned this, indeed encouraged us to book ASAP. Well done Jane - no wonder carpet right in trouble.

Was due to have measurements for carpets today between 3.30 and 5pm. Surprised that being a well known company, no one showed up! Wasted my time, and no phone call, or email was sent, as to why they weren't going to show up! Tried calling them, but phones were busy. Never going to bother with them again, shockingly bad service! I've given one star for the lady that booked the non visit!
