Ordered via the Just Eat website, order was confirmed/accepted by the restaurant and money debited from my account. 90 mins after ordering we phoned to check on the order only to be told they don't deliver to our town DESPITE it being listed on Just Eat. Refused to entertain refunding, very rude on the phone. AVOID
Receptionist what extremely rude on the phone, ended up having to end the call. She hung up on us the first time as we were trying to recieve our post code so just a heads up if your not from england you will need it ready for wherever your staying. We could hear her giving out about us on the phone and she was extremely smart. Very disappointing.
We always order for collection from here and its always been really tasty! 10-15 minute wait for the food which is fine and always loads of flavor. Would recommend

We order takeaway for collection about once a month and it's always fine, I've never had the issues that other google reviewers seem to have with this place. Food is fine. The only complaint I have is in the most recent order the Dim Sum platter only had a tablespoon full of crispy seaweed, and the steamed rice was in a smaller container than normal. Otherwise, happy to use again, as always.Updated: May 2018 - This place continues to be fine and we get a takeaway for collection about once a month or so.
