I go here for blood tests and for both ante and post natal appointments. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They have a ticket system for the blood tests, which works well and the longest I have ever waited has been forty five minutes once, usually done and dusted within 15/20 minutes.
Came here from East Suffolk for a check up at a satellite clinic of Addenbrooke's after a serious road traffic collision. I was seen to extremely quickly. I found the place clean, light, spacious and airy with friendly staff. Wish I had the time to have sampled the restaurant. A small shop there too. I personally found this facility good for my spirit's especially having suffered a life changing injury and issues that have had an impact on my life following the collision.
This review is not based on the hospital itself but for the Forest Heath Midwives office. Been trying since Friday morning to get in touch with them about some blood tests I was supposed to be having before 11 weeks. Left 3 messages and still no one is getting back to me or answering the phone.
Mental health team are liers,good a covering up their mistakes,not worth the money thay get paid,blame vulnerable people with mental heath issues for their mistakes,thay ruined my life for 25 years plus,excuses all the time,look at the recent government reviews on the mental heath team,would you trust a family member you love with these cowboys?,worst team I've ever had the mis funtune of meeting,Dr zabata you ruined my life!!!!,
I rang the reception to arrange an appointment for my mother, and as I didnt know the name, number or which hospital the doctor is from, i was put on hold without being asked for further details and after 5min hold stopped and i was disconnected! More than that, i tried to ring again And no one even bothered to answer!!
