Rude staff. Dont understand how they still there they make me feel uncomfortable.
Terrible. Waited half an hour to swim when i had called up to check times. No toilet roll in ladies toilet. locker broken, took my pound. Staff miserable and didn't let us use the slide. Really unwelcoming place to visit. One lady on the reception was the only postive, she was lovely hence the 2 star on the review not one.
Great instructor for spinning but the bikes are poor. There seem to be fewer bikes every week and most of them are really poorly maintained. Unable to clip in on most of the bikes. So short sighted as There is always a waiting list. Fix the bikes= more people booked-= more money to maintain bikes. Glad I do not pay monthly membership
Kids swimming lessons are a joke for the price really and staff are rude... car parking is a masive joke every week!!
Good gym and some excellent classes. Needs better showers and sauna though. Gym staff unhelpful and oddly condescending
