Made a trip out here as it said your open on your website only to find out that you were closed, as you were on a call out you need to update your page from opended to closed if your not going to be there.
Would not recommend. After dropping off computer found it difficult to get it back. After attend g shop 4 times it was not open despite advertised opening times. Unable to get in contact with anyone over the phone either. Left with computer unfixed
I have used NCC since 2011 and have had repairs and a new gaming computer built by them. Everything has been great until the last 2 months when the new PC developed a fault and despite 4 emails and 2 voicemails asking for help I have not had the courtesy of a reply. I have visited the shop on 2 occasions and it has been closed. I will not be using NCC again.
Left my desktop for urgent repair, but could get no response for three weeks even though I phoned landline and mobile every day, leaving message after message, until finally the message box became full.
Unfailingly helpful competent and reasonably priced. They have been building and maintaining my PCs for several years now and I am 100% satisfied with the service they give
