The receptionists are snobby, arrogant and rude, as are most of the doctors, especially Dr. Holland. Not a very nice place, always get talked down to, and have never once had anything other than a negative experience. This is a horrible place full of horrible people, go elsewhere!
I have been with this surgery 8 years and the staff have always helped me out when they can and able. Pharmacy have got me out of some pickles through the years.
All I want is a DR's appointment as I have lost hearing in one hear. Yet apparently because I don't have a season ticket ! I have to bring in a proof of address before I can have medical care ! Useless ! Lets hope the actions of some over enthusiastic fascist wont cost me my hearing !
95% of all staff are great. Doctors listen to your concerns, and go the extra mile to help you to feel better
Friendly receptionists, by far the best we have ever come across. My son saw the nurse a few days ago and she was extremely lovely too.
