I purchased a car earlier this year from them. I am very happy with the car but the service was poor. As soon as I agreed to purchase a car, they became very rude and they let me down 3 times saying when the car would be ready. They gave me a courtesy car which was filthy and the engine management light was on but they claimed the car was fine. Although I am happy with my car, it was falsely advertised on AutoTrader as it said it had many features which it does not. I traded in my old car, and they then falsely advertised that as well.
