Went in to parts counter to buy spark plugs for my car I gave him the number on the ngk spark plug, he said they don't do them, I asked him to cross reference it, he didn't know what that meant and did not ask me what car it was for! .... He suggested I should go to screw fix! Yes really.
Ordered a stereo 5 weeks ago , then again 3 weeks ago ! Still nobody's ever contacted me ! I've spoken to the manager, still no phone call !!A massive lack of communication I believe , never again !used another company in the end
I visited Halfords in Newmarket yesterday 31st March 2018 to replace a baby seat in my car. Now I'm no expert on these things and also not very well at the moment so was very apprehensive. Well I need not have been. The Store manager James went out of his way to help me. He gave me lots of good advice regarding safety cost etc and we eventually chose a lovely seat which I am very pleased with. James removed the old seat and fitted the new one for me also checking the other car seat (I have two) was fitted correctly. He also disposed of the old seat for meI cannot thank James enough he was great and a credit to your company. Will highly recommend.
I purchased a new Sony radio/cd player online which was fitted by Matt on Saturday 24th Feb 2018. I had a small problem with the speaker sound and popped in Sunday. Although they were very busy Matt and Aiden both took the time to sort out the problem and did a great job. It is now working perfectly.Thank you Matt & Aiden, you guys did a great job and I really appreciate your patience in getting this sorted. Shame more shops are not like you. Would recommend you unreservedly, superb service!!!
