Always a pleasant visit and a beautiful salon
Have been coming to this amazing salon for a while now my stylist really listens to my needs. All the staff are polite and friendly. And everything is to a very high standard. Highly recommended
I'm very disappointed with my hair. This the second time this has happened where I've left hating my hair and regretting going for that price!!! The first time I asked for a dark rich color all around and the top part of my head looked brown and the other part of my hair was very black. The stylist said she understood what I wanted. I couldn't get a word in. Very controlling of what to do.I also was looking forward to the head massage that only lasted seriously about 3 seconds. I'm not paying for another head massage.I wanted to give them another chance but this time they cut my hair SO short I cant even put it back in a braid!!!! She never asked what i WANTED and took it upon herself to choose where to part my hair and then cut it accordingly!!! I was furious. I tried saying this is how I wanted it and she said i understand. Apparently not. She also a product in my hair that irritated my allergies. She never asked me if it was ok. And I've always been asked. I also asked for bangs and my "bangs" are longer than my chin!!!!I've been getting my hair done every couple months.... I've never had a problem or a complaint every about my hair.I'm so disappointed with hair kandi..... cute place .But if u want your hair done really good....please go somewhere with better experience. Again. Great decor and they are nice. But I feel not as experienced as other places!My pics for the wedding will be horrible as now my hair is super short!
